I ground my systematic discovery with factual market, customer and competitive intelligence data. I address problems head-on with insatiable curiosity, asking questions and peeling back the onion. I don’t like to leave anything out – digging until I feel satisfied I’ve uncovered the root cause, source or problem. If needed, I get into the weeds and hands-on to objectively understand the situation. I quickly assimilate information to learn and adapt fast, discerning facts from feelings.
